By using Green Room ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Green Room provides practice questions, study guides, mock exams, and study-plan tools to help you prepare for professional IT certification exams. The app is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, ISC2, the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, HashiCorp, or any other certifying body. Certification names are used nominatively to identify the exams covered.
2. Educational content
Content is AI-drafted and expert-reviewed, and is provided for educational purposes only. Certification exams change over time; we do not guarantee that content reflects the current exam, that any question will appear on an exam, or that using the app will result in a passing score. Always confirm exam details with the official certifying body.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Some content and features require a paid subscription (Premium or All Access). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its media-services terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
- Free trials, when offered, convert to the paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Your account
You sign in with your email address or Apple account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Account tab → Delete Account); deletion is permanent and removes your learning data and subscription records from our servers. Active subscriptions must still be cancelled separately in your App Store settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell app content; attempt to reverse-engineer the service; or use the app in violation of any certification body's exam policies (including exam NDAs). Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study use only.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its original questions, explanations, and study guides are our property. All certification marks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam fees or lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at this URL. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
